The Farm
Managed by the Marchesini family, the de
‘Le Campagnole’, covers an area of 23 hectares in a
evocative landscape, between vineyards and centuries-old olive trees. The activities
carried out are cattle breeding, viticulture and olive growing,
the production of extra virgin olive oil and DOC wine
that we make available to our guests, who are free to
taste them and buy them directly at our structure.

Sparkling white wine
Alcohol 11,5 % vol.

Grapes: Castelli Romani, Cortese, Garganega, Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting notes:
It has a bright straw-yellow colour and a pleasant fruity bouquet. It has a round and balanced flavour with a fine, light perlage that fills the palate with pleasant flavourful sensation.
Vinificazione tecnique: Aging in steel tanks.
Sparkling rose wine
Alcohol 11,5 % vol.
Serving temperature: 6°/ 8°
Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Rossara
Tasting notes: A pale pink shade with a fine and persistent perlage, it has fruity and fragrant notes. Its taste is dry, full and harmonious
Vinificazione tecnique: Aging in steel tanks. Perfect as an aperitif
Rosato Rosetta
Alcohol 12,0 % vol.
Serving temperature: 8° / 10° C
Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella
Tasting notes: This wine boasts a complex mosaic of well-defined, very fragrant aromas, that remember fruity and floral notes. The palate displays crispness, the happy result of a perfect balance between ultra-savoury flavours and tasty minerality, characteristics that are classic to this region.

Rosso Venere
Alcohol 12,0 % vol.
Serving temperature: 12° – 14° C
Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Merlot
Tasting notes: The colour appears a ruby red of medium intensity. Its rich, complex bouquet is the result of a perfect blend of fruity essences, and spicy nuances.
Although this is a wine to drink young, it shows a delicious balance between a judicious acidity and full flavors, characteristic of the wines of this area.

Excellent as a table wine
Bianco Sant’Anna
Alcohol 12,0 % vol.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C
Grapes: Garganega
Tasting notes: Showing straw yellow, releases a balanced bouquet composed of floral and fruit essences. The palate is notable for its full body and overall harmony.

Olive Oil Extra Vergine del Garda
This oil derives from the cold pressing of our hand-picked olives in the area of the eastern shore of Lake Garda
It is in fact an oil with a fruity flavor and smell with sweet notes and a typical almond aftertaste. Accompanies foods without covering or changing their flavor, but enhancing it.
The olive varieties present are Casaliva, Leccino, Pendolino and Frantoio
Fruit jams and tomato puree
We produce our jams and tomato puree with seasonal fruit and vegetables which mainly comes from our garden.
They commit us to use only genuine products, always at zero km and cultivated with the method of integrated struggle, trying to respect nature as much as possible.
Even the sugar we add to the jams is completely Italian and for this reason our products can be said to be 100% made in Italy.
The jams that are enjoyed during breakfast are the same that can be bought at the farm for a gift or to enjoy a simple and tasty snack at home
